Return Conditions
-We request that you request your return request and product related problem by e-mail to [email protected] within seven business days of the day your order arrives.
-You must return the product to shnwoman.com within seven business days from the date of delivery, in line with the incoming forwarding email.
-Refunds will not be accepted for notifications exceeding seven working days. When your request reaches us, it will be evaluated by the authorities and you will be sent a confirmation email when your request is approved.
-You must send the product back with the original invoice fully, with the package undamaged, unused, undamaged as a result of a usage failure, specifying the order number.
-The product's box, packaging, standard accessories, if any, must be found in the package you return to us in a complete and undamaged manner.
-After your refund is approved, you will be notified by e-mail. After the receipt of the amount to be returned to your credit card, it may vary in each bank and take an average of 2 weeks to reflect on your statement. This is not a situation under shnwoman.com's control, it is a process that is entirely related to the relevant bank.
Terms of Change
You may request changes in situations such as product criteria not conform to you on any purchases from Shnwoman.com.
If the different body of the related product is available in our stocks (provided that you send the product back as you have received), your exchange will take place.
You can also return the product within seven days from the moment you receive the product by following the above mentioned conditions. Please specify what is the problem in the e-mail you sent to [email protected] for return and your order number.
Special Conditions
-SWhen your request is delivered, you should check the product to open your package with the cargo authority and send the package back to shnwoman.com, with a record if there are any problems.
-The return of products whose original packaging was damaged, destroyed, damaged due to use in any way is not accepted.
-The customer is obliged to return the product with its current status and to pay for the commercial loss arising from use.
-The return of disposable products is not accepted.
-The consumer/buyer accepts, declares and undertakes that he has read and understands the terms of the refund.
